Safario is committed to putting quality into action throughout all its business processes, from raw material purchase through manufacturing to finished goods deliveries.

In order to fulfill the needs and expectations of our customers, employees, shareholders and suppliers, Safario has developed and implemented a structured and efficient Quality Management System. External certification bodies as well as customers, verifying and challenging the efficiency and continuous improvement of the system.. Safario Group of Companies, production units and sales offices operate and are certified by ISO.

Among the key pillars of the quality policy are consistently meeting customer requirements and ensuring that all products on the market are safe for intended use. High quality and reliable raw materials for use in final products are of key importance to Safario.

Precision and accuracy of our calculations are provided by a software program by UNILAB Company, which enables our condensers and evaporators work in the most efficient way. The latest version of this software is currently available in our company. OEM coils/heat exchangers are the ideal solutions for large volume, price sensitive users who need a high quality, cost effective part.

Safario specializes in OEM coils in addition to a wide range of other heat exchangers. OEM coils are either designed or directly manufactured upon customer needs and requirements. A large family of fin geometries makes it easier for our customers to get what they exactly need. 3/8”,1/2” or 5/8” coils are manufactured for different application areas from Industrial Refrigeration Sector to a special project that requires durable and reliable solutions.

Our R & D department offers state of the art product design and testing facilities. Accurate product performance data is used for the benefit of the customers ensuring the highest level of integrity and quality. Complete coil designing is performed with advanced design software, for the production of an extensive range of HVAC coils in response to the customer’s requirements. Safario’s designing facilities include coils for HVAC applications, air coolers, turbo chargers, shell and tube heat exchangers, U tube bundles, plate heat exchangers, cooling towers, etc.

INSPECTION: Safario has stringent quality control procedures for checking quality and controlling parameters, at various levels of manufacturing for each unit, to ensure a defect free product and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

The raw material used in the fabrication of products complies with national and international standards. The raw material is imported from reputed suppliers from Europe, Canada and other Far East nations, for better quality and performance.
