Steam Coils

We manufacture steam coils in different sizes, using 3/8”, 1/2″ & 5/8” OD copper tubes. The tube thickness varies as per the clients product or design.

The fins are manufactured in different patterns either in aluminum or copper. For details of the fins description, please check on the link fins geometrics

Casing: Galvanized, Stainless Steel or aluminum sheets are used as casing material.

Brazing Materials

The most appropriate brazing material is chosen according to the application area.

Header Materials

Unless otherwise stated, steel manifolds are used for dry coolers, water and steam coils. For all other products, copper manifolds are used.

Fin Coating

Different type of coatings are applied depending on application areas and corrosion conditions. Depending on customer request, Heresite Coatings are applied with a warranty of 5 years on-shore and 3 years off-shore.
